Muscle Maker AI

By using Muscle Maker AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.2. The App
Muscle Maker AI provides AI-powered workout generation, food scanning, nutrition tracking, workout logging, progressive overload management, and
progress tracking. You must be at least 13 to use it.3. Accounts
You may register with email/password or Sign In with Apple. You're responsible for your account security and for keeping your information accurate.4. Subscriptions & Payments
The App offers a 7-day free trial. After that, a paid subscription is required: Monthly ($11.99/mo) or Yearly ($94.99/yr). All billing is through
Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Refunds
are handled by Apple through their standard process.5. AI-Powered Features
The App uses AI (Google Gemini) for workout recommendations, food analysis, diet suggestions, and progress insights. AI-generated content is
approximate, may contain errors, and is not reviewed by a human professional before being shown to you.6. HEALTH & FITNESS DISCLAIMER
THE APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or diet program,
especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.Weight training carries inherent risks including muscle strains, joint injuries, spinal injuries, cardiovascular events, and other serious harm up to
and including death. Dietary changes carry risks including nutrient deficiencies, metabolic disruption, and disordered eating.By using the App, you acknowledge that:
- You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or death from exercise and dietary activities
- Workout plans, progressive overload calculations, calorie estimates, and macro targets are algorithmic approximations, not professional guidance
- You will not rely solely on the App for safe exercise practices or dietary decisions
- You will stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms
- No trainer-client, doctor-patient, or other professional relationship is created by using the App7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarum is not liable for any injury, illness,
death, or damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content, workout recommendations, or nutritional information.
Our total liability shall not exceed the lesser of what you paid in the prior 12 months or $50.8. Your Conduct
Don't use the App unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it, or share your credentials.9. Intellectual Property
The App is owned by Clarum and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use it. You retain
ownership of your personal data and grant us a license to process it to provide the service.10. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Clarum from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.13. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with Supabase, Google Gemini, RevenueCat, and PostHog, each governed by their own terms.14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.15. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules in Texas, USA. You waive any right to jury trial
or class action participation.16. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.17. Contact
